Fees and Payment
- The residential period commences in September 2023 and ends in August 2024.
- Monthly lodging fee including electricity and water charges is HK$3,150 (single bed) or HK$2,100 (bunk bed).
- The first instalment of 2-month lodging fee plus an additional 1-month lodging fee* as caution money total
HK$9,450 (single bed) or HK$6,300 (bunk bed). - Lodging fee thereafter will be charged on a bi-monthly basis, i.e. HK$6,300 (single bed) or HK$4,200 (bunk bed).
